Dr. Anya Pukhovitskaya
Founder & Chief Clinical Officer
Dr. Anya’s journey began in St. Petersburg, Russia, before relocating to Boston at a young age. Driven by a love for science and a passion for helping others, she graduated cum laude in Biology from the University of Massachusetts, earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Boston University, and completed a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD).
In 2015, Dr. Anya co-founded her first dental office and soon after launched her own practice in East Boston. Today, AP Dental has expanded to nine locations across Massachusetts and Florida—including the newest in Watertown and Baymeadows. A Diamond Invisalign Provider, Dr. Anya focuses on restorative dentistry, clear aligner therapy, and facial aesthetics such as Botox, helping patients look and feel their best.
Fluent in both Russian and English, she enjoys travel, family time with her husband and two sons, and a perfectly brewed cup of coffee. To Dr. Anya, dentistry is about more than just teeth—it’s about people, their confidence, and their stories.
