Everything you need to know about our membership plans

Simply visit any office in our group and schedule an appointment. No paperwork to complete — your discounts are automatically applied at the completion of each visit. Benefits are active from the day you enroll, with no waiting periods.

The Standard plan includes up to 2 routine cleanings, 3 dental exams, 2 bitewing x-ray sets, full-mouth x-rays (once every 5 years), periodontal evaluations, oral cancer screenings, and fluoride treatments per year. You also get 20% off additional treatments and $1,000 off Comprehensive Invisalign\u00ae. The Perio plan includes up to 4 periodontal maintenance visits instead of routine cleanings — designed for patients managing gum disease. Both plans include the same exams, x-rays, member discounts, and access to all AP Dental and South Boston Family Dental locations.

The Wellness Plan is a membership discount program — not insurance. There are no claim forms, no pre-approvals, and no annual limits on your membership. You pay one simple price and get immediate access to all included services. Traditional dental insurance often involves waiting periods, annual caps, and complex claims processing.

Yes! You can add dependents during enrollment or at any time through your online account. Each additional family member is the same rate as the primary member — $50/month or $520/year for Standard, $65/month or $690/year for Perio.

The Wellness Plan is accepted at all AP Dental and South Boston Family Dental locations across Massachusetts and Florida. You choose your preferred office during enrollment, and you can visit any of our locations.

Both monthly and annual plans are 12-month memberships. You may cancel at any time online through your member portal or in writing to the office. Upon cancellation, all services you received will be repriced at our standard fee-for-service rates (Section 6 of your membership agreement). If the value of services received exceeds fees paid, the difference is due. If fees paid exceed the value of services received, you will receive a pro-rated refund. A 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies if no services have been used. Annual plans are paid upfront at a discounted rate. Your membership auto-renews each year — cancel auto-renewal in writing 30 days before your anniversary date.

Your 20% member discount applies to virtually all dental services including fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, and more. For Invisalign®, you get $1,000 off Comprehensive treatment. The only exclusions are services already discounted through other programs, specialist referrals outside our offices, and cosmetic procedures not deemed dentally necessary.

Yes, but the Wellness Plan is a standalone membership. If you enroll, all of your care at our offices would be covered under the Wellness Plan rather than your insurance. You cannot use insurance for some visits and the Wellness Plan for others. Many patients find the Wellness Plan simpler and more predictable than dealing with insurance claims, annual maximums, and waiting periods.

This plan is NOT insurance. This is a dental membership discount plan, not a qualified health plan under the Affordable Care Act.

This plan provides discounts for dental services at certain participating health care providers. This plan does not make payments directly to providers of dental services. Members are obligated to pay for all dental services at the time of service but will receive a discount from participating providers.

This plan is valid only at participating Well Group Dentistry practices, including AP Dental and South Boston Family Dental locations in Massachusetts and Florida. Plan benefits are not transferable to other providers, offices, or specialists.

Discounts apply only to eligible services and may not be combined with other offers, promotions, or insurance benefits. Additional exclusions and limitations apply. Savings vary by treatment. Full terms and conditions are provided in the membership agreement at the time of enrollment.
